But here’s the thing, dealing with chronic issues and different life stages, we absolutely do not have the same 24 hours.
We can’t change our past, but we can reclaim our present and future. 🫢🏼

Last week, I looked at my old e-mail account and found a bunch of photos in an unknown album saved from 15 years ago.✨

In an instant, I was transported back to 2011-2013.

With that came a lot of memories—good and bad—and feelings about
Here are some Monday thoughts coming from yours truly.✨

For the days that seem harder, and the overwhelm is real.

For the nights in fear, asking if life will ever be the same.

For doing all the right things, awaiting plans in motion…

I’ve resented my body in different ways most of my life. ✨

For starters, my body nearly killed me, and continues to let me down.

From a young age, I never felt good enough or felt “at home” in the body I craved.
